Founded by Patrice A. Irving in 2006, RDS is a small residential architectural and interior design firm dedicated to achieving balance through creative design while working closely with our clients to find technical, innovative and economical solutions. Our work is continually inspired by the everyday changing aspects of architecture and interior design. Our firm is dedicated to providing different levels of architectural services based on the needs of our clients. The designs solve the needs of our clients by means of distinct designs.
RDS has a full range of architectural and planning services required for today’s homeowner’s and renters. Our goal is to create and ameliorate spaces, which preeminently satisfy all of the individual needs of the inhabitants while supporting the functionalism of the entire space. Every project, no matter how complex, starts with the client's vision and is shaped by their individual needs. We strive for a unique architectural language - refined, elegant, distinguished and timeless. RDS brings a commitment to exceptional design with a distinct, modern perspective.
